Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not need to register with us in order to place an order, however, by creating an account you will benefit from the following;
- tracking your order
- create a wish list of your favourite products
- review your order history

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order. when you have received your item, you can arrange for the item to be returned. Please contact us by telephone 01226 107048 or by e-mail email@example.com.

What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
We would rather this never happened, but if it does, contact our Customer Care team either by telephone 01226 197048 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I view my order history?
To view the status of an order and your order history
- Login to My Account
- Select 'My Orders and Purchases'
Where is my order?
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your goods have been shipped.
If your order includes multiple products, these might be shipped separately along with multiple tracking numbers.
You can also to track your order status on the “My Orders & Purchases” page when you are logged into your Account.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation?
If you have not received an e-mail, you should first check whether the email is in your spam folder.

How do I create Product wish lists?
To create wish lists of your favourite products, you will need to be logged in;
- You can create a list directly from the product page and at checkout
- To can find your created lists go to 'My Account' - 'Lists'
What are my payment options?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. Through PayPal we also accept payments via direct debit, American Express and many other common payment options.

How do I change my account details?
To change your account details, you will need to be logged into 'My Account' Select 'Account Details', here you can change/amend the account names.
